1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Global Youth League T25 website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or register for the tournament.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Global Youth League T25:

Players must be within the specified age groups (Under 14 or Under 18) as of the tournament dates
Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian
Players must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
Players must be physically fit to participate in cricket activities

3. Registration Process

Registration for the Global Youth League T25 involves:

Submission of the online registration form with accurate player and guardian information
Review and evaluation by our selection committee
Notification of selection status via email
Payment of applicable fees upon selection

Registration does not guarantee selection. The selection committee's decision is final.

4. Player Selection

Players are selected based on:

Cricket skills and achievements
Playing history and experience level
Potential for development
Overall suitability for the tournament

Selected players will be drafted into teams through the physical auction process held in Sri Lanka.

5. Fees and Payments

Upon selection:

Participation fees will be communicated to selected players
Fees cover tournament participation, accommodation, meals, and tournament kit
Travel to and from Sri Lanka is the responsibility of the participant
Payment deadlines must be strictly adhered to for confirmation

6. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which includes:

Respectful behavior towards all players, officials, and staff
Fair play and sportsmanship at all times
Compliance with all tournament rules and regulations
Zero tolerance for discrimination, bullying, or harassment

7. Safety and Supervision

The Global Youth League prioritizes youth safety:

All activities are supervised by certified professionals
Appropriate safeguarding measures are in place
Medical support is available during the tournament
Parents/guardians will be kept informed throughout

8. Intellectual Property

By participating in the tournament:

You grant the Global Youth League the right to use photographs, videos, and media featuring participants for promotional purposes
All tournament branding, logos, and content remain the property of the Global Youth League

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, the Global Youth League shall not be liable for:

Injuries sustained during cricket activities despite proper supervision
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
